陈柏雄

    陈柏雄,男,校聘副教授,中共党员,广东江门人,华南农业大学微生物学博士,食品科学博士后,Boston University访问学者,硕士研究生导师。本科生生物化学、研究生合成生物学的课程负责人。主要研究方向:(1)基因工程与分子生物学,食药用大型真菌(蛹虫草、无柄灵芝、金针菇)的遗传转化、CRISPR基因编辑技术开拓创新及分子育种;(2)酶工程及合成生物学,联合AI驱动多组学分析及酶蛋白理化解析,挖掘天然产物的合成代谢通路,基于代谢流改造构建工程菌株。在国内外高水平期刊发表论文25篇,其中包括SCI JCR-Q1(IF>6)第一作者论文4篇,最后通讯作者3篇,中科院一区共同通讯2篇,其他(JCR-Q1)共同通讯3篇。已完成中国博士后基金1项,省部级/地厅级项目各1项;正主持国家自然科学基金2项(地区基金、青年基金C类,合计62万元),校级项目1项(10万元),横向课题1项,参与地方科研重点创新平台引才项目1项(承担20万子课题),指导国家/省/校级大学生创新创业训练项目1/5/2项。担任中国菌物学会虫草产业分会理事,《基因组学与应用生物学》(北大核心)青年编委,Food Production, Processing and Nutrition (二区, JCR Q1)青年编委。邮箱:baixiong@zmu.edu.cn
